CANCELLING YOUR ORDER

Your order can be cancelled if it has not already been shipped. To request a cancellation, email customerservice@morataara.com with your order number or call +91 9717977115, Monday to Saturday, 10:00 am to 7:00 pm.

After your order is cancelled, you will receive your full refund to your original payment method or bank account within 7 working days.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Our return process is simple and free of charge because we really want you to enjoy your Mora Taara products.

• Requesting a return: To initiate a return, simply click here and enter the details. Place your request within 5 days of delivery. If a product is delivered to you damaged or defective, submit your request within 2 days of delivery.
• Products eligible for return: All products can be returned subject to the conditions below - except products purchased on sale which are not eligible for return or exchange under our standard return policy.
• Original packaging is required:

  Keep the original packing — both the outer box and the inner packing — to return your purchase so the products reach us safely, the same way they reached you safely!

  Returns without the original packaging will not be accepted.

• Condition of returned products: Products must be returned to us in good condition and unused to be eligible for refund.
• Recording the packing: We recommend recording a short video showing the product’s condition and how you repack it. This gives us a record to refer to if there are any questions about damage during transit.
• Return pickup: Once your return request is accepted, we will arrange a pickup and share the details with you.
• Your refund: Once your returned products reach us and meet the return conditions above, you will receive your full refund within 7 working days of their arrival. Refunds are made to your original payment method or bank account, not cash.
• Cancelled orders paid for with an e-gift card: The refund will be credited to your e-gift card.

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS BY MORA TAARA

There may be certain orders we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Situations that may result in your order being canceled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after the amount has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in your account.
