Our return process is simple and free of charge because we really want you to enjoy your Mora Taara artefacts.

  • To initiate a return, simply click here and enter your Order ID & Phone number/email ID and submit your return request.
  • A return request for damaged & defective goods must be placed within 2 days from the date of delivery. Any other return can be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • Hand over the goods in the original packing to the courier. It is important that you send it back in the original packing so chances of damages are minimised. 
  • Once we receive the item/s in good condition in our warehouse, we will initiate a refund which will reflect in your account within 7 to 10 business days. In all cases, the refund will be made via online transfer and not by cash.
  • Please note we do not accept returns of ceramic products or jewellery. Ceramic products require professional packing and are very likely to get damaged en route.
  • In case you used an e-gift card to make the payment for the cancelled order, your e-gift card will be credited with this amount.
