Return Policy
Our return process is simple and free of charge because we really want you to enjoy your Mora Taara products.
Requesting a return
To start a return, click Submit a Return Request and enter your order details. Please place your request within 5 days of delivery. If your item arrived damaged or defective, submit your request within 2 days of delivery so we can help with a replacement or refund.
Products eligible for return
All products can be returned subject to the conditions below, except items purchased on sale, which are not eligible for return or exchange. Products must be unused and in original condition for the return request to be accepted.
Packing your return
Please keep the original packing, both the inner packing and the outer box, and repack your product the same way you received it so it reaches us safely. Returns without the original packaging will not be accepted.
We recommend recording a short video showing the product’s condition and how you repack it if possible. This gives us a record to refer to if there are any questions about damage during transit.
Return pickup
Once your return request is accepted, we will arrange a pickup and share the details with you. Please hand the securely packed product to the courier.
Your refund
Once your returned products reach us and meet the return conditions above, you will receive your full refund within 7 working days of their arrival. Refunds are made to your original payment method or bank account, not cash. If you paid with a gift card, the refund will be credited to that gift card.
Exchanges and cancellations
Exchanges or store credit can be requested from the same return page link.
You can cancel an order before it has shipped. Email customerservice@morataara.com with your order number or call +91 9717977115. After cancellation, you will receive your refund to your original payment method or bank account within 7 working days. Gift-card payments are refunded to the gift card.
