Return Policy
Our returns are free of charge as we really want you to enjoy your Mora Taara products. However please follow these guidelines:
- If you wish to return any item, keep the original inner and outer packing and pack the goods the same way you received them.
- Place a return request for damaged or defective goods within 2 days from date of delivery.
- Any other return can be initiated within 7 days from date of delivery.
- Ceramic products and jewellery cannot be returned. Ceramic products require professional packing and are likely to get damaged en route
- We do not accept returns for products which have been purchased on sale.

Hand over the goods in the original packing to the courier. This is important as it’ll minimise chances of damage en route to us.

Once we receive the item/s back in good condition, we will initiate a refund. It’ll reflect in your account within 7 business days. In all cases, refunds will be made via online transfer and not by cash.

In case you used a gift card to make the payment for this order, your gift card will be credited back with this amount.
