SHIPPING & DELIVERY

How long will it take for my items to arrive?

Most orders are shipped within 2 business days. Depending on your location within India, your order should reach you within 3 to 7 business days.

How do I track my order?

You will receive a SMS and email from us once your order has been dispatched with the tracking AWB number. Click on that to check your package’s current location.

Do you ship internationally?

We are not shipping international orders at the moment. If you have a relative or friend who will be travelling to your location anytime in the near future, you can choose to place a domestic order with us from www.morataara.com. RETURN & CANCELLATION

What is Mora Taara's return and refund policy?

Our return process is simple and free of charge because we really want you to enjoy your Mora Taara artefacts.

  • To initiate a return, simply click here and enter your Order ID & Phone number/email ID and submit your return request.
  • Hand over the goods in the original packing to the courier. It is important that you send it back in the original packing so chances of damages are minimised.
  • A return request for damaged & defective goods must be placed within 2 days from the date of delivery. Any other return can be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • Once we receive the item/s in good condition in our warehouse, we will initiate a refund which will reflect in your account within 7 working days. In all cases, the refund will be made via online transfer and not by cash.
  • Please note we do not accept returns of ceramic products or jewellery. Ceramic products require professional packing and are very likely to get damaged enroute.
  • We do not accept returns for products which have been purchased on sale.
  • In case you used an e-gift card to make the payment for the cancelled order, your e-gift card will be credited with this amount.

How do I exchange an item?

  • If you want to exchange your purchased piece for another item or another size, please submit a return and refund request for the item received and simply place a fresh order for the item that you want now. 
  • To initiate a return, simply click here and enter your Order ID & Phone number/email ID and submit your return request.
  • A return request for damaged & defective goods must be placed within 2 days from the date of delivery. Any other return can be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • Please note that we do not have the facility to exchange a product with a different one. If you want a different product, please initiate a return request for the old item and place a fresh order for the new item.

I have received a damaged product. What do I do?

  • To initiate a replacement or a refund for a damaged or defective product, simply click here and enter your Order ID & Phone number/email ID and submit your return request.
  • A return/refund request for damaged & defective goods must be placed within 2 days from the date of delivery.

How do I cancel my order?

The order can be cancelled only if it hasn’t already been shipped. Email all details along with your order number to customerservice@morataara.com or call +91 9717977115. Call timings are Mondays to Saturdays 10:00 am to 7:00 pm.

If I cancel my order, how will I get my refund?

After order cancellation, the money will be rolled back to your card/bank account within 7-10 working days post refund initiation. Please email us your bank account details so we can start the process.

If you are returning the goods for any reason, the amount will be transferred back to after we receive the goods back in the warehouse.

When will the refund reach my account?

Once we receive the items in good condition in our warehouse, we will initiate the refund which will reflect in your account within 7 to 10 business days.

In all cases, the refund will be made via bank transfer and not by cash.

In case you used an e-gift card to make the payment for the cancelled order, your e-gift card will be credited with this amount.

Will the GST amount be refunded in cases I return/cancel my order?

Yes, the entire GST amount will be refunded in case of cancellation/return.

INVOICES

I did not receive an invoice. What should I do?

You will receive a printed tax invoice with your package  when it is delivered to you. If you would like us to email the invoice to you, please reply back on your order confirmation email or send a request to customerservice@morataara.com. Don’t forget to mention your order number.

Can you provide a GST invoice against my online purchase?

Yes, definitely. Please email us at customerservice@morataara.com with your order number, billing name, registered address and your GST number. Call +91 9717977115. Call timings are Mondays to Saturdays 10:00 am to 7:00 pm.

Please note the following points about GST invoices:

1) GST invoice can be given before the 10th of the succeeding month in which your purchase was made (e.g. for a purchase made in the month of December we can issue a GST invoice only till 10th January). So please put in your request in time.


2) If the customer lives within Haryana, the customer must have a GST number starting with 06 -  otherwise even if we issue a GST invoice the customer will not be able to take credit if the GST number does not start with 06. This is as per the government GST rules under "Place of Supply".

Can I change the delivery address of my order?

We will try to accommodate your request if we still have the package in our possession. If it has already been handed over to the courier company, it won’t be possible. Can I order by telephone or email?

Can I pay cash on delivery?

Yes, of course, you can. However COD services may not be available in some remote areas.

What forms of payment are accepted for on your website?

All wallets, credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers and cash on delivery are accepted.

Will you hold the order and ship it at a later time?

Can I have my order delivered to multiple addresses?

We only accept one delivery address per order. Please place separate orders if you would like items delivered to different addresses.

Can I have my order gift wrapped?

How do I purchase Gift Cards online?

What will happen after I buy a gift card? 

Online Gift Cards can only be redeemed online on our website. To redeem Gift cards, during checkout, enter the Gift Card Code on the Payment Information page and the amount will automatically be deducted from your total.

How do I send the Gift Card to the person I want to gift it to? 

You will receive an email confirming delivery of the eGift Card to the recipient.

How do I cancel the purchase of a Gift Card?

Once purchased, the Gift Cards order cannot be cancelled.

Can Gift Cards be exchanged for cash?

Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash.

Can I purchase a Gift Card along with other products in the same order?

Yes.

What is the validity period of the Gift Card?

All Gift Cards expire one year from the date of their issue.
