ORDERING & SHOPPING INFORMATION

How do I place an order on your website?

It's easy to place an order on morataara.com. First, select the items you wish to buy and add them to your shopping cart. You can easily edit or remove items from your shopping cart at a later stage before you make the payment.

After selecting the items, click on Checkout and complete your order by following these simple steps:

- Fill out your shipping and billing information - Verify and review shopping cart and the information you have entered during checkout. If no changes are necessary, you can click on "Place Your Order - You will be redirected to our trusted Payment Partners for the final billing - Submit your Credit/Debit Card or Bank Transfer details - Save your order confirmation number

We will email you within minutes on the provided email id confirming that your order has been received. We will also notify you by email once your order has shipped.

How will I know if my order is placed successfully?

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email and sms. We will dispatch your order as soon as possible and will keep you informed every step of the way. You can also track your order through our website by visiting ‘My account’ section. Please note: It sometimes takes upto 48 hours for the tracking to be updated after an order is placed.

Can I order by telephone?

If you don't wish to place an order on the website you can speak to a customer service about product details or any other information and they can help that you place an order over email or phone where the payment will be done via bank transfer. Will you hold the order and ship it at a later time?

We regret that online orders cannot be held for later shipment.

Can I modify my order?

After you have placed an order, it is not possible to add or remove a product to/from your order. To add more products, you can place a new order.

Can I change the delivery address?

Once an order has been confirmed, it is not possible to change the delivery address/phone number / email id used to plac your order. However you may try cancelling the order and placing a new one. If your order has not already shipped, it may be possible to cancel it.

Can I have my order delivered to multiple addresses?

We only accept one delivery address per order. Please place separate orders if you would like items delivered to different addresses.

Can I choose or change the order's delivery date?

We normally ship by the quickest method available and delivery dates cannot be selected or changed.

How can I find out the status of an order placed online?

All accepted orders are dispatched as soon as possible. You will receive an email from us once your order has been dispatched. If you created an account with Mora Taara, you can also log into your account to find the status of your order. Alternatively, you can call +91-22-24137716 or +91-124-4262761 six days a week, 10:30 am to 6.00 pm to check your order status.

How do I cancel an order?

Please email us at customerservice@morataara.com or call us at +91-22-65754822 and +91-22-2223523116 to attempt cancellation of your order. If you order has not already shipped, we will cancel it. If your order has been shipped, it won't be possible to cancel it.

If I cancel my order, how will I get my refund?

After order cancellation, the money will be rolled back to your card/bank account within 7-10 working days post refund initiation. The amount for the cancelled order will be refunded back to into the same account that was originally used to make the transaction. A cash refund will not be possible for payments done via card or bank transfers.

In case you used an e-gift card to make the payment for the cancelled order, your e-gift card will be credited with this amount.

In case you have not received the payment in your account after receiving confirmation from Mora Taara about the refund, please get in touch with your bank regarding the delay in reflection into your account. Do you have the same products online that you do in your stores?

Most of the products available in our stores also available online. However, inventory may occasionally differ among our stores and website.

I did not receive an invoice with my product upon delivery. What should I do?

A copy of the invoice was emailed to you along with the order confirmation. Please search your inbox for "Mora Taara". You would have also received an invoice when the product was delivered to you. If you would like us to email the invoice to you again, please send a request to customerservice@morataara.com.

Will selected items remain in my shopping cart if I close my browser?

If you create and sign in with your Mora Taara account you can add items to your shopping cart and come back later to complete the transaction. Items will remain in your shopping cart for 30 days, making it easy for you to browse and complete your purchase at a later date. You can log in to your account and access your saved shopping cart from any computer. Click here to create an account with morataara.com.

If you do not have an account with us, the items will remain saved in the cart as long as your current browsing session lasts.

In order to add items to my saved shopping cart, do I need to sign in?

If you are using the same computer, you will not have to sign in again. To access a saved cart from a different computer, you will need to log into your Mora Taara account before you add items to the cart.

Why is my saved shopping cart empty?

After 30 days, items saved in your shopping cart are removed.

Why is the price of an item in my saved shopping cart different from when I selected it?

Prices are subject to change — including temporary reductions as well as permanent increases. The prices of items in your cart represent the current price for which you will be charged.

RETURNS

What is Mora Taara's return policy?

In case you receive wrong merchandise or damaged or defective merchandise, we will send you a replacement within 30 days at no extra cost. The process is guven below. We do not accept returns of products that are in good condition.

  • 1) Email us at customerservice@morataara.com about the damaged or defective product within 24 hours of receiving it. Include the order number and a photograph of the damaged piece.
  • 2) A return label will be emailed back to you along with the pick up information. Fill in all the required details.
  • 3) Pack the merchandise back in the box. Paste the return label on top of the box.
  • 4) Give it to a courier service.
  • 5) The package has to be shipped back to us at the address mentioned on the return shipping label.

What forms of payment are accepted for on your website?

All credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers are possible

Can I pay cash on delivery?

We do not have the Cash on Delivery option.

Is it safe to use my credit or debit card online?

Our trusted payment gateway partners use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption technology to protect your card information. All personal and financial information is transmitted using the https protocol over SSL, utilizing state–of–the–art technology for consumer protection. Additonally, we do not store or collect any customers debit/credit card information.

Are there any hidden charges when I make a purchase on morataara.com?

There are absolutely no hidden charges. The product price and the shipping cost is stated clearly. Product prices are inclusive of all taxes and no other charges are levied.

Will the VAT amount be refunded in cases I return/cancel my order?

Yes, the entire VAT amount will be refunded in case of cancellation/return.

MY ACCOUNT AND SUBSCRIPTIONS

What is my account? What are the benefits of creating an account?

Creating an account is very simple. Simply register yourself with a login and a password. An account has the following benefits:

 

- Faster checkouts. You don't have to enter your address, email id and phone numbers each time you make a purchase on morataara.com. - You can view the history of your past orders at any time. - Save multiple addresses. You can also save addresses of people you give gifts to regularly. So each time you send a gift or a gift card, you don't type in their addresses again. Save up to 10 favourite addresses. - Manage/edit all your personal data like address, phone numbers, email ids.

I forgot my account password, what should I do?

Click ‘My Account’ on the top right corner of the page and then send a request for new password by clicking ‘Forgot Your Password?’. You will receive an email with a link to reset your password within minutes.

How can I unsubscribe from Mora Taara newsletters?

Each newsletter has an unsubscribe button towards the end. Click on it to unsubscribe. If you have a Mora Taara account, you can also log into your account to unsubscribe.

BUSINESS GIFTS

Can Mora Taara assist my company with gift–giving and large orders?

Yes, our Business GIfts programe is designed to meet your needs year–round. Please call +91-22-65754822, +91-22-2223523116 to speak with a sales associate or email us at businessgifts@morataara.com. We accept bulk orders and many items can be customised, either with your company logo or personalised designs. Special packaging and end to end delivery is also offered for large orders. Can you customize an item with a company logo?

Can I buy Mora Taara Gift Cards in bulk for my company?

GIFT CARDS

How do I purchase Gift Cards online?

We offer e-Gift Cards for all occasions. Select one, put in your personalised message and it will be emailed within minutes to the recipient's email. Click here to buy Gift Cards.

How are eGift Cards different from paper Gift Cards?

eGift Cards are sent via email and are only redeemable online on morataara.com. Paper Gift Cards are sent to recipients by courier and can be redeemed only in our brick and mortar stores. Click here for store locations.

What will the recipient receive when I send an e-Gift Card?

Once you purchase the eGift Card, within minutes, a message is sent to the recipient's email inbox informing them of your gift, with a link to retrieve the eGift Card. The link directes the recipient to a page showing the eGift Card you created (the design selected by you, with your personalised message), its gift value and the unique code number. The page also gives simple instructions for redeeming the eGift Card.

How do I redeem e-gift cards online?

E-Gift Cards can only be redeemed online at www.morataara.com. They cannot be redeemed in our stores. To redeem E-gift cards, during checkout -----section on the Payment Information page during checkout. which will automatically be deducted from your total.

How do I check my eGift Card balance?

To check your eGift Card balance, go to morataara.com and click on Gift Cards or click here to check your balance.

Can I purchase and redeem Paper Gift Cards online?

Mora Taara Paper Gift Cards can be purchased online but they cannot be redeemed online. They can only be redeemed in our physical stores. The recipient will have to show the Paper Gift Card at the store to be able to redeem it. Click here to see our store locations.

What if I lose my Gift Card?

All Mora Taara Gift Cards should be considered as cash and treated as such. We cannot replace a lost or stolen Gift Card.

How do I cancel the purchase of a Gift Card?

Once purchased, the Paper Gift Cards or eGift Cards order cannot be cancelled.

Can Gift Cards be exchanged for cash?

Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash.

Can I purchase an eGift Card along with other products in the same order?

Yes

What is the validity period of Paper Gift Cards and eGift Card?

All Paper Gift Cards and eGift Card expire one year from the date of their issue.

How do I know that the recipient has received the eGift Card that I sent to them?

You will receive an email confirming delivery of the eGift Card to the recipiEnt.
