  • We ship all orders within 1 working day. You'll receive an email and Whatsapp message immediately after placing your order.
  • Returns are free of charge as we really want you to enjoy your Mora Taara products. However, please follow these terms and conditions for returns:
  • Keep the original packing — both the outer box and the inner packing — to return your purchase so the products reach us safely, the same way they reached you safely! Returns without original packaging will not be accepted.
  • Please place a return request for damaged or defective goods within 2 days of delivery. Any other return can be initiated within 5 days of delivery.
  • We do not accept returns for products which have been purchased on sale. 
  • Products must be returned to us in good condition and unused.
