- Lightweight materials: These fake moss rocks are made of thermocol wrapped in artificial moss and may have some natural white marks on them and this is a part of the look.
- Care & maintenance: As a result of the manufacturing process, some granules of the artificial moss may come off while handling these. So simply dust these using a feather brush only. They are not meant to be used in water.

- Keep the original packing — both the outer box and the inner packing — to return your purchase so the products reach us safely, the same way they reached you safely! Returns without original packaging will not be accepted.
- Please place a return request for damaged or defective goods within 2 days of delivery. Any other return can be initiated within 5 days of delivery.
- We do not accept returns for products which have been purchased on sale.
- The goods must be returned to us in good condition and unused.
