Keep the original packing — both the outer box and the inner packing — to return your purchase so the products reach us safely, the same way they reached you safely! Returns without original packaging will not be accepted.
Please place a return request for damaged or defective goods within 2 days of delivery. Any other return can be initiated within 5 days of delivery.
We do not accept returns for products which have been purchased on sale.
